About
Queerski is a grassroots project: a community for those who yearn for a place where we can bring all of ourselves to the table and find companionship in chasing dreams. Is it a ski week? Yes… and.
Queerski is being built as our winter reprieve from the noise and immediacy of the digital age. It’s a mountain playground where we can connect, experiment with new experiences, and regroup in the old ways -- sharing labor, telling stories, breaking bread, making art, sliding on planks, and dancing into the night.
In gathering, we seek a home where we can bridge the lessons of past and present.
Get Involved
Like any big project, a ton of skills will be needed to bring Queerski to life. We know there are many out there who share our values, and we periodically update this section so you can see how we’re starting to organize. This isn’t a comprehensive list, more… what’s been discovered so far.
If you’re drawn to an area, want to volunteer for an event, or think of something else; use the contact form to start a conversation. Just know, we’re building a community, not an employer, and we’re not in a rush. We’d love to get to know you, share the events with you, and grow from there.
